PRIVATE EVENT CONTRACT – Picnic Area
Available during Regular Brewery Hours – $100 non-refundable booking/rental fee required. This is the area on the “grass” by the corn hole. Included are 4 picnic tables and a food table. The space will accommodate up to 70 guests.
Up to 3 hours (additional time available for additional charge) of $50hour ($100/hour after brewery hours)
Single Tabs – event organizer will be responsible for minimums and 20% gratuity
Individual Tabs – 20% gratuity will be added to tabs, event organizer will be responsible for minimum.
Minimums – $250 minimum on beverages (pre-tax and gratuity). Minimum may be waived with $250 purchase of Wolf Creek Catering.
Catering Options – Our event coordinator is happy to assist you planning a menu with our sister restaurant, Wolf Creek. We will provide delivery, chafing dishes and disposables for you at no cost with the purchase of Wolf Creek Catering. You may bring in take out from another restaurant/home if you prefer for a $50 cleaning fee. No staffed catering outside of Wolf Creek is permitted.
Event Area – Picnic area includes the space on the “grass” next to the container. 4 picnic tables and a food table will be provided. The area is designated by a “keg wall” separating it from the corn hole games and public area. Linen will be provided outside for the food table only. Additional space, tables and chairs, and linen can be made available for an additional charge.
Private Bar Set Up – Should you wish to have us set up an additional bar, closer to your guests, this may be done at the cost of $150 for the 3 hour period. This would include up to 4 draught selections of beer, wine and sodas set up under an “easy up” next to the container. This option should be decided at booking time so appropriate staffing can be secured.
Parking Approximately 30 spaces on-site, street parking, and overflow parking as needed.
Private Brewery Tours – Private tours given by brewery personnel and company officers can be booked in advance at an additional cost of $50
Deposit – $100 non-refundable booking/rental fee required will be required to secure the date. All beverage and food purchases can be paid for on the date of the event.

† Purchase of champagne or wine ahead of time through brewery can be arranged. Consumption of non-approved alcohol of any type will result in a $300 fee and immediate demand to cease or leave the brewery property.
