Private Event Contract – Entire Brewery
Sunday and Monday evening or weekdays (when brewery is not otherwise open)
$300.00 non-refundable booking/rental fee. $350.00 minimum (plus tax & gratuity)
Wednesday, Thursday evening or Saturday afternoon (until 4 p.m.)
$500.00 non-refundable booking/rental fee. $1000.00 minimum (plus tax & gratuity)
Friday Evening, Saturday Evening or Sunday until 5 p.m.
$1000.00 non-refundable booking/rental fee $1500.00 minimum (plus tax & gratuity)
Up to 4 hours – additional time may be added at the rate of $100/hour
Single Tabs – event organizer will be responsible for minimums and 20% gratuity
Individual Tabs – 20% gratuity will be added to tabs, event organizer will be responsible for minimum.
Catering Options – Our event coordinator is happy to assist you planning a menu with our sister restaurant, Wolf Creek. If you prefer to use an outside catering company, event organizer will be assessed a $750.00 cleaning fee.
On-site outside area for booths, stage, band, Ez-Ups, tents or other uses.(no additional charge). All picnic tables, tasting room tables and chairs will be available, along with additional 6 foot tables and up to 30 chairs if needed. No linens will be provided.
Approximately 40 spaces on-site, street parking, and overflow parking as needed. We can coordinate an additional lot if we give advance notice to the center management company.
Private Brewery Tours
Private tours given by brewery personnel and company officers can be booked in advance at an additional cost of $50
The non-refundable booking/rental fee will be required to confirm booking. The balance of the bill will be due on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged with coordinator

† Purchase of champagne or wine ahead of time through brewery can be arranged. Consumption of non-approved alcohol of any type will result in a $300 fee and immediate demand to cease or leave the brewery property
